Hi, I’m Krista Pizzurro. based in Sarasota, Florida and work with organizations and individuals across the United States during periods of change, growth, and transition. I advise organizations on technology and operations, bringing over 20 years of executive and operational leadership experience across SaaS, fintech, energy, managed services, and enterprise environments. I am often brought in when execution, governance, people, and systems need to align, particularly during growth, integration, modernization, or organizational change.

Alongside my advisory work, I coach individuals navigating career, leadership, and life transitions. This includes executive and career coaching, support for neurodivergent teens, adults, and couples, and guidance through major life shifts such as preparing for retirement or redefining purpose after full-time work. My coaching is practical, collaborative, and grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience, helping people reduce friction, gain clarity, and build sustainable ways of working and living.
