Leadership, Career, and Life Transitions
Coaching for professionals and couples during periods of change, overwhelm, or realignment. My coaching approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. A great coaching topic has three essential qualities: it's authentic, it's current, and it's motivated by a desire for change. It can be anything from struggling with work-life balance to managing every day tasks.

Building a Life that Works for You
You don’t need to change who you are to find success. You just need support that actually works for your brain. Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-discovered, or have known forever, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
My goal is to empower neurodivergent individuals to build a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with how they function best.
Curious but unsure? That’s okay. Let’s start with a free consult. No pressure. Just space to explore what support might look like. I offer flexible scheduling, weekends included, to make it easier to find a time that works for you
Following our consultation, we will design a coaching approach based on your specific needs and circumstances. Packages are flexible and tailored to provide meaningful support.

**PDA is an acronym that stands for Pathological Demand Avoidance, or as many prefer, Pervasive Drive for Autonomy. PDA was identified in the UK in the 1980s by Elizabeth Newson and has recently received more attention in the US and Canada since PDA North America was established in March 2020. Many (including us) view it as a profile of autism, with some recent studies linking it to ADHD as well as other neurodevelopmental conditions. We are hopeful for more high quality, peer-reviewed, unbiased research to better understand PDA.
